ABOUT THE ROLE

007 Credit Agent has been in business for 11 years, served over 70,000 clients nationwide, and has been recognized as an award-winning credit repair service four years running. We back the sales team with a multi-six figure annual marketing budget across paid and organic - content that regularly produces millions of views per month and a paid ads engine that keeps thousands of fresh leads moving through the pipeline every month. Your job is to close. The leads are there.

You will be working warm leads daily, walking prospects through our programs and pricing ($1,800-$3,600 per client), and closing enrollments over the phone. The leads are real, the product has a story that sells, and the people who work it consistently make good money.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Call warm leads - paid ad leads, opener live transfers, and booked appointments
Walk prospects through what credit repair addresses and how our programs are structured
Close enrollments at $1,800-$3,600 per client
Handle live transfers from the opener team and pick up booked calls on time
Log call notes in the CRM after every interaction
Hit your monthly close targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

CREDIT REPAIR EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:

✓ 3+ years working in the credit repair industry in a sales or client-facing role

✓ You know how credit repair works end to end - bureaus, dispute process, timelines, client expectations

✓ Comfortable explaining tradelines, hard inquiries, charge-offs, collections, FCRA and FDCPA to a prospect without referencing a script

✓ You have sold a credit repair program before and know how to handle the objections specific to this industry

SALES REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Proven track record closing high-ticket phone sales ($1,000+ per transaction)

✓ Strong objection handling - you stay calm, redirect, and close without being pushy

✓ You are self-directed and do not need daily motivation to dial and perform

✓ Comfortable with commission-only compensation and managing your own income pipeline

✓ Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a professional phone setup

PREFERRED:

✓ Experience with HubSpot (primary CRM) or GoHighLevel - dual familiarity is a strong bonus. Credit Repair Cloud experience for servicing workflows is a plus. Familiarity with IRS Logics for case management and NMI as a merchant processing platform is helpful but not required

✓ Background in mortgage, auto finance, debt settlement, or financial coaching

✓ Certifications such as CCRS or CCC are a plus but not required

Commission Rate

$1,800 - $3,600 per enrollment

$360 - $720 per closed deal

Monthly Target

$8,000+ (approx. 11-22 closes/month)
