Full Job Description

Mechanical Engineer – Commercial Nuclear Plant Modifications (Remote)

DO NOT APPLY unless you have direct experience supporting COMMERCIAL NUCLEAR POWER PLANT MODIFICATION PACKAGES.

This is not a general mechanical engineering role.

This is not a nuclear research role.

This is not a naval nuclear role.

This is not a nuclear operations role.

Candidates must have direct experience supporting Engineering Change Packages (ECPs), Design Modification Packages, or plant modifications for operating commercial nuclear power plants.

Location

Remote (U.S.)

Duration

12+ Month Contract

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Must be available for daily 8:45 AM Eastern Time engineering meetings.

Required Experience

Candidates must have experience in several of the following:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
8+ years of mechanical engineering experience
Experience supporting operating commercial nuclear power plants
Experience developing or supporting Engineering Change Packages and Design Modification Packages
Knowledge of Nuclear QA requirements and engineering change control processes
