Location: Remote, United States
Job Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per month
Compensation: $2,500 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional U.S.-based representative to support client onboarding, account coordination, and ongoing business operations.

You will help welcome new clients, guide them through onboarding, coordinate required information, answer routine questions, and serve as a professional point of contact between clients, management, and selected service providers.

The role also includes maintaining authorized representative access on approved business and financial-service platforms.

Responsibilities

Welcome new clients and guide them through onboarding
Explain required information, timelines, and next steps
Respond to routine client questions and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate onboarding notes and client-status updates
Coordinate between clients, management, and external service providers
Serve as an authorized point of contact on approved platforms
Complete required representative onboarding through secure provider portals
Assist with routine platform requests and account administration

Requirements

Currently residing in the United States
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, organized, and responsive
Comfortable working with clients and online business platforms
Able to handle confidential information responsibly
Available during U.S. business hours when reasonably required
Client service, onboarding, account management, SaaS, fintech, or administrative experience is preferred

Platform Access and Representative Verification

As part of the role, the selected candidate may be appointed as an authorized representative on approved payment and business platforms.

Certain platforms require authorized representatives to complete a standard personal verification process before access is approved. Verification is completed directly through the platform’s secure portal or its designated identity-verification service after the candidate has been formally selected and engaged.

Schedule

This is a flexible remote role requiring approximately 15–20 hours per month. Most responsibilities involve client onboarding, follow-ups, account coordination, and routine platform administration.
