Product Photography & Social Content Coordinator

X Latte Company | 3-Month Role | U.S.-Based

X Latte Company is a new ready-to-drink latte brand looking for a creative, dependable, and experienced individual to join our team for a three-month role focused on product photography and visual content creation.

We are specifically looking for someone who can take our cans and turn them into beautiful, high-quality, post-ready content. We want someone who knows how to make a product look exciting, elevated, clean, and on-brand — and who is willing to experiment with different concepts, props, lighting, angles, settings, and creative directions to help us build a strong visual identity.

This is not an entry-level role for someone trying social media or photography for the first time. We are looking for someone with a real background in photography, visual content, product content, or social media creative work, and who can show us a portfolio of work they’ve already done.

What This Role Will Focus On

Your main responsibility will be helping us create strong visual content for X Latte Company, especially photography centered around our cans and brand.

This may include:

Photographing our cans in clean, appealing, creative ways
Creating polished, post-ready content for Instagram and other social platforms
Styling and shooting product photos with props, backgrounds, and different setups
Creating lifestyle product photography that feels natural and brand-aligned
Experimenting with lighting, composition, textures, surfaces, and environments
Editing and retouching photos for social media, website use, and marketing materials
Developing content that feels fresh, modern, and visually engaging
Creating content variations so we can test different creative directions
Assisting with short-form visual content, simple motion content, or behind-the-scenes content if applicable
Helping us build a strong and recognizable visual identity from the ground up

Because we are a startup, the role may also include some overlap with broader creative marketing projects, but the main need is strong product photography and content creation.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who has experience in at least one or more of the following areas:

Product photography
Food or beverage photography
Lifestyle photography
Social media content creation
Visual content editing and retouching
Graphic design for social content
Creative direction or brand content styling
Creating post-ready assets for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms

Bonus if you have experience with:

Consumer brands, especially food/beverage or CPG
Shooting products for launch campaigns
Creating content for newer brands
Short-form video or simple motion content
Ad creative for Meta or paid social
UGC-style product content
Building out a content library for a startup brand

You Should Be Someone Who

Knows how to make a product look visually compelling
Has a strong eye for composition, lighting, styling, and detail
Can take an idea from concept to finished content
Is comfortable experimenting and trying different creative directions
Understands what kind of imagery performs well on social media
Can create content that is both aesthetically strong and useful for marketing
Is organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Communicates well and takes feedback well
Is excited by the idea of helping build a brand from the ground up
Is comfortable using editing tools and modern creative workflows, including AI tools where helpful

Portfolio Required

A portfolio is REQUIRED to be considered for this role.

Please include examples of work that show your photography and creative ability, especially any of the following:

Product photography
Beverage or food photography
Social media content
Styled brand shoots
Edited post-ready content
Creative campaigns or visual assets
Any work that shows your eye for making products look beautiful and marketable

If any of the work was done as part of a team, please briefly explain your role.

Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.

About the Role

This is a 3-month, U.S.-based role. We are looking for someone who can help us create strong visual content during an important stage of our growth.

You will have room to experiment, pitch ideas, and create work that actually gets used — not just sit on the sidelines. We want someone who can take our cans, bring creativity to the table, and help us build a content library that makes X stand out.

If you have a strong visual eye, experience with photography and content creation, and a portfolio that shows what you can do, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: $250.00 - $500.00 per month
