About the Role (AI Usage)

Our client is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Owner to help shape the future of our SaaS Sales Enablement platform.

Use Claude AI to create prototypes, requirements and documents.

This role is critical in bridging the gap between customer needs and development execution. You’ll lead product discovery, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of features that drive measurable value for our users and business. You must have experience doing requirements for SAAS applications and API integration efforts. We are also using Claude to assist product.

We are looking for a self-starter, someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, someone who dives into the details, takes ownership, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You will be expected to run without director oversight in many cases. This position requires a mix of strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Insight Gathering

· Conduct discovery sessions with external users and internal teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support.

· Conduct integration discovery sessions with partners and third parties who we integrate with.

· Ask probing questions to uncover the true “why” behind requests.

· Analyze feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities.

· Dive into workflows, edge cases, and real-world scenarios to fully understand user needs.

· Identify critical path to move quickly following Agile principles.

Requirements & Backlog Management

· Translate insights into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.

· Document acceptance criteria, workflows, and dependencies.

· Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and team capacity.

· Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to ensure alignment and clarity.

· Provide ongoing clarity to developers and remove blockers as needed.

· Claude AI used here

Delivery & Quality

· Test completed stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and deliver user value.

· Sign off on work prior to release and maintain platform consistency.

· Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality product increments.

· Manage trade-offs across scope, timelines, and resources.

Value Measurement & Analytics

· Measure the impact of features post-release.

· Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user behavior to inform future improvements.

· Identify enhancements to increase engagement, satisfaction, and ROI.

Documentation & Enablement

· Create and maintain knowledge base articles, release notes, and internal documentation.

· Support Sales, Support, Customer Success, and GTM teams with clear explanations of changes.

· Prepare internal training materials when required.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment.

· Proven experience as a Product Owner in API integrations with third parties.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

· Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.

· Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention, usage analytics).

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with AI is a must - we use Claude!

· Background in software development, UX design, integration projects

· Knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS business models.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $90.00 per hour
