Job Description:
This role supports key enterprise and roadmap initiatives by ensuring continuity in requirements gathering, process analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking. The position helps reduce delivery risk, close capacity gaps, and ensure alignment with business priorities and expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholders
Analyze complex business processes and data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes
Develop workflows, process maps, and functional documentation to support solution design
Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-making
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable solutions
Partner with business and IT teams to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions
Provide data-driven recommendations and executive-level summaries to support decisions
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization

Required Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex data sets
Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, AI tools, and/or reporting platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
Ability to work independently and learn new concepts quickly
Experience analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and root causes
Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant business or technical experience
Experience supporting enterprise, portfolio, or roadmap initiatives
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar platforms
Experience building executive dashboards and status reports
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
