Head of Commercial Real Estate / Mortgage Loan Originator

Lenders Access | California | Commission-Based | Leads Provided

Lenders Access is expanding our Commercial Real Estate division, and we're looking for an experienced, California-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator who wants the opportunity to build and lead a significant book of business without having to start from zero.

This isn't a traditional loan officer position. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of our Commercial Real Estate division, work directly with borrowers and referral partners, and capitalize on the deal flow and lending relationships already available through Lenders Access.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

We provide the leads. You close the deals.

Lenders Access has an established commercial finance platform, an extensive network of lending relationships, and consistent inbound and referral-driven opportunities. You'll have access to CRE transactions ranging from straightforward owner-occupied properties to investor and more complex commercial transactions.

There is no salary and no earnings cap. This is a commission-only position designed for an experienced originator who would rather earn based on production than have compensation limited by a traditional salary structure.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to become the go-to CRE originator within Lenders Access and help us build the division as volume grows.

What You'll Do

Manage Commercial Real Estate opportunities provided by Lenders Access from initial borrower conversation through closing
Structure and originate CRE financing transactions
Evaluate borrower financials, property information, credit, and deal viability
Match transactions with appropriate lending programs
Package and present transactions to lenders
Communicate directly with borrowers, brokers, lenders, processors, and other parties throughout the transaction
Maintain an active pipeline and aggressively follow up on opportunities
Develop repeat and referral business from existing relationships
Help expand Lenders Access's CRE lender network and product offerings
Ultimately take ownership of the growth and performance of the Commercial Real Estate division

What We're Looking For

Active California Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
Demonstrated mortgage or commercial real estate lending experience
Strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting concepts, borrower financials, and real estate transactions
Excellent sales, communication, and follow-up skills
Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
Someone who understands that speed and responsiveness win deals

Commercial lending experience is strongly preferred. Existing lender relationships are a plus, but we're particularly interested in someone who knows how to take a qualified opportunity and get it across the finish line.

Compensation

Commission Only | Uncapped Earning Potential | Leads Provided

This position is built for a producer.

Rather than spending the majority of your day prospecting for your next borrower, you'll have the opportunity to work leads and transactions generated through the Lenders Access platform and our existing relationships.

The more business you close, the more you earn.

There is no artificial ceiling on production or compensation.
