Full Job Description

Remote Closer Wanted: Six Figure OTE In Year 2

Company

We are an American engineering company that does electrical engineering design services
We are a subcontractor for many of the largest American Civil Engineering firms, many of which are multi billion dollar companies
You will be calling CEOs and project managers of other American civil engineering companies ranging from 10 million per year to over 10 billion a year

Requirements

3 years B2B closing experience (B2C does not count) closing companies above 5 million in revenue MINIMUM
Intelligent and attention to detail and follow SOPs to the letter (our CRM system requires somewhat complex management and following of instructions, no room for sloppy/disorganized sales guys here, you'll be fired within days if you can't follow SOPs)
We want someone who is confident on the phone speaking to mid size CEOs and COOs (10 mil to 100 mil) AND VPs and project managers from large enterprise (100 mil to billion dollar companies), hence the B2B experience necessary
Comfortable and used to a more complex close. B2B is 3x more complex then B2C and requires significantly higher intellectual ability. You need to know when to go up the decision tree, when to go laterally, when to drag a PM to their direct report etc
Ability to consistently book meetings (very little “closing” is needed, this product closes itself)
Experience with Pipedrive and Justcall is a plus

Role

We have a lead generation team and a call scheduling team
All you have to do is read the call notes and make the calls
You will be calling back warmed up leads from our lead gen team
source the leads, set up the list, all you have to do is call with an autodialler
You make the calls and follow the script without thinking
You follow the CRM SOP without thinking

Responsibilities

As outlined above you will be calling warm leads that are well categorized in Pipedrive, with accurate notes and detailed instructions. All of your previous conversations will be summarized and easily available in front of you in pipedrive.
100 dials per day minimum. You are responsible for calling your 50 scheduled prospects twice per day (assuming they don't answer, when they answer you're not to call them back again, so more accurately you might make less then . Once in the morning on their phone line #1, and once in the afternoon on their phone line #2.
Of your 100 dials you are required to have 20 sales conversations following the script without deviation. That means you're using the correct area code to dial and getting 40% of those 50 people per day to get on a call with you.
As explained above you're to call 50 people twice
You need to get 5 interested prospects/day
You need to have booked and confirmed 1 appointment per day (from the 5 interested prospects)
You need to get 1 new lead per day (a lead is a prospect/current client telling you that they have a new project with a specific project name/product type/location (as opposed to some interest in working with us in the future but they have no projects currently.

Compensation

Base Salary:

1st 90 days: 2k/month, paid $500/week
2nd 90 days: 3k/month, paid $750 per week
3rd 90 days: 4k/month, paid $1000 per week

Commission

10% of closed contracts (contract must be closed by the salesman and payout is on collection of the contract)

OTE

Year 1: 70K
Year 2: 100k
Year 3: 130k
Year 4: 200k

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US

Job is remote with actual six figure potential (as opposed to the bullsh@t they tell you in high ticket closer programs, remote six figure jobs are hard to find)
No cold outbound needed, all your prospects have been spoken to and qualified by our outbound team, all you need to do is warm followup
Your prospects, engineers, are very polite as an industry, you won't be getting harsh rejections ever on warm follow ups, if you're coming from a rough industry this will be a sweet relief
No one will manage your hours, ideally your manager doesn't even need to talk to you at all because you're hitting your metrics. We are a data driven and tech driven company so no one will be breathing down your neck about hours
This will be the easiest deal you've ever closed. We are half the price of our competitors and twice as fast (ours is an industry where our competitors don't even do outbound sales). Not only that but we are a necessary part of their project and you don't need to get any money up front. We don't get paid until 60 days later, and you'll be calling into their accounting department. Almost no “closing” is needed, just a good presentation
We don't do yelling or personal insults here, you'll be politely corrected instead (and coldly fired if you keep making the same mistake)

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT WORK WITH US

We don't accept excuses for failures here, 0%
We don't care about your personal problems at all and they have no place in our company as an excuse for your failure, we are cold hearted
Any excuse for not hitting metrics won't be accepted (and either immediately fired or soon to be fired). We’d rather you say you were hungover from the night before then to bullsh%t why you couldn't do your dials for the day
Not following call sops will get you fired
Not following daily dialling tasks and sops will get you fired
Any lie we catch you in will be an automatic firing, even missing your metrics once and lying about it is enough to get fired
Stupidity and lack of attention to our Pipedrive process, our Justcall process and Task Management process will get you fired very quickly. We hate this more then missing target
