Smart Exit Home Buyers

Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)

COMPENSATION:

20% Commission on All Net Profits

Average Cash Deal: $18,000 net profit = $3,600 per deal
Average Novation Deal: $35,000 net profit = $7,000 per deal
Top performers closing 4-8 deals/month = $15,000-$56,000+/month
Bonuses and incentives for meeting quarterly goals

This is a tremendous opportunity for a proven closer looking to grow in a boutique style, fully virtual environment with unlimited earning potential.

WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER "DIALER." WE NEED A CLOSER.

We are a fast-growing real estate acquisitions company operating in 9 states (NJ, NY, FL, GA, TN, IN, OH, NC, SC) looking for ONE elite acquisitions manager who can come in, take over a pipeline of warm leads, and close deals immediately.

This is not an entry level position. This is not for someone who "wants to learn real estate." This is for a proven closer with a track record of locking up contracts over the phone, someone who's done this before and can prove it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Taking warm inbound leads from PPC campaigns, AI-generated leads, and SMS marketing, no cold calling from scratch
Running offer calls and contract calls with motivated sellers
Negotiating purchase prices on cash deals and partnership deals
Drafting and sending agreements, getting contracts signed virtually
Managing your pipeline across two CRM systems
Following up aggressively with leads until they close or die
Reporting daily KPIs: calls made, offers out, contracts signed

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Consistent, high-quality lead flow (you will never run out of leads)
Warm leads from Google PPC, AI voice agents, and SMS campaigns
Full CRM systems already built and running
Proven scripts, contracts, and systems you just execute
A dedicated Transaction Coordinator to handle paperwork, follow-ups, and seller updates
A dedicated Appointment Setter feeding you pre-qualified appointments daily
Bonuses and incentives for meeting quarterly goals
Direct mentorship from the CEO
Room to grow into a leadership role as we scale

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum 3 years experience in real estate acquisitions (wholesale, novations, or creative finance)
Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals over the phone ($10K-$100K+ assignments or fees)
Experience with offer calls AND contract calls (you know the difference)
Comfortable with both cash wholesale deals and novation/partnership deals
Intermediate to advanced with technology: CRM systems, e-signatures, virtual closings
Full-time availability (40-50 hours/week minimum)
Must provide references and proof of previous deal closings
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
Commission only, if you need a salary to survive, this isn't for you

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You've never closed a real estate deal over the phone
You need someone to teach you what a wholesale or novation is
You can't handle rejection or high-volume follow-up
You need a base salary to pay your bills
You're not comfortable sending contracts and managing a CRM independently

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You've been the top closer at your last company and you're underpaid
You want unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions
You thrive on warm leads and just need the pipeline to perform
You've closed $50K-$100K+ months before and want to do it again
