A day in the life of a SalesForce Coordinator and Sales Ops Analyst

The KONZA Health’s Salesforce Coordinator and Sales Ops Analyst is responsible for the administration of the Salesforce and Milestone platforms, along with managing Salesforce data to gain insights and create strategies, while also participating in the Sales Operations. This position will support, optimize, and expand the Salesforce platform by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure Salesforce is running smoothly, reporting is accurate and producing useful information, and that the platform is aligned with business needs. Also, this position will work closely with Sales to enhance and streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline visibility, along with other Sales Operations tasks as needed.

Essential Functions of the SalesForce Coordinator and Sales Ops Analyst

The SalesForce Coordinator and Sales Ops Analyst adds value in the following ways:

Salesforce Administration

Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce operations, including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
Develop and optimize reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and data hygiene activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and support end‑users with training and best practices.
Conduct training on Salesforce for any new sales team and project management team members

Sales Operations Support

Partner with Sales Ops leadership to enhance and streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
Maintain and optimize sales processes within Salesforce to improve productivity and accuracy.
Support the implementation and management of sales KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support revenue reporting and operational cadence.

Project & System Enhancements

Participate in requirements gathering and support new feature rollouts, integrations, and system upgrades.
Work with external consultants or internal engineering teams to implement enhancements and integrations with third‑party tools (e.g., CPQ, marketing automation, data enrichment platforms).
Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.

SalesForce Coordinator and Sales Ops Analyst Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skill, and Ability)

2–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) or equivalent hands‑on expertise
Strong understanding of sales processes (lead → opportunity → close) and sales KPIs
Experience creating and maintaining complex reports and dashboards
Solid understanding of data management and CRM best practices
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience with Salesforce Flow, advanced automation, or Process Builder migration
Exposure to Sales Cloud features such as forecasting, CPQ, and account hierarchies
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau CRM (Einstein), Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced culture

· Ability to multitask and handle multiple parallel projects

· Ability to work well with others (be a team player)

· Ability to work independently with little direction

· Able to prioritize work according to deadlines and organizational initiatives to produce assigned outcomes

· Highly developed problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables

· MS Project or equivalent project management software experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· Strong business analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer management, and project management skills
