About Honest Water Ohio:

Honest Water Co. helps homeowners improve their water with premium water filtration and treatment systems.

Our marketing team generates qualified homeowner leads every day, and we're looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into revenue.

This is a fully remote position where you'll work inside GoHighLevel (GHL), manage your own pipeline, and be responsible for maximizing every lead.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for owning the sales pipeline from first contact through close.

Daily responsibilities include:

Calling new inbound leads immediately
Following up with prospects until they buy or tell you no
Re-engaging old leads that never purchased
Calling missed leads and no-shows
Managing your pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Building rapport quickly with homeowners
Handling objections confidently
Asking for the sale
Maintaining accurate CRM notes
Consistently hitting weekly and monthly sales goals

We believe the money is in the follow-up, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 2 years of closing experience
Experience selling one or more of the following:
Solar
Roofing
HVAC
Water Treatment
Windows
Home Remodeling
Pest Control
Home Security
Other high-ticket home services
Proven track record of hitting sales goals
Excellent objection-handling skills
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day when needed
Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus)
Reliable internet connection
Quiet home office
Computer and quality headset

If your background is primarily retail, customer service, restaurant work, or appointment setting without closing sales, this position is not a fit.

Compensation

Weekly base salary
Uncapped commission on every sale
Monthly performance bonuses
