Bilingual Immigration Intake Specialist (Remote) — Path to Sales

Atlas Immigration Law · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time · $15–$25/hr

Atlas Immigration Law is a Dallas-based federal immigration firm seeking an experienced, bilingual intake specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

This is primarily an intake role. Our marketing brings in a steady flow of inbound leads, and you will be the person who responds, listens, gathers the details, and determines whether we can help. For the right candidate, this role can grow into a sales position with commission — see below.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads by phone, video, and message. You will gather each prospect's immigration history and the information our team needs to evaluate the matter, document it accurately and completely in our CRM, qualify the lead, and route it to the appropriate attorney or consultation. You will follow up with prospects who go quiet, keep your pipeline organized, and make sure no lead falls through the cracks.

You will handle intake only; our attorneys provide all legal advice. Strong immigration knowledge is essential so you can ask the right questions and recognize what matters in a prospect's situation, but assessments of case outcomes or eligibility remain the responsibility of licensed counsel.

Path to Sales

We are growing, and we would rather promote from within than hire outside. Intake specialists who demonstrate strong performance — accuracy, responsiveness, sound judgment, and a natural feel for the client conversation — will have the opportunity to move into a sales role conducting consultations and closing clients. That role carries uncapped commission on top of the hourly rate, and strong closers earn well here. If you want that path, tell us in your application.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct full intake conversations in both languages
Strong, demonstrable experience with U.S. immigration — you can speak confidently and accurately about family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, and removal matters
Working knowledge of both USCIS and EOIR — comfortable discussing applications and petitions filed with USCIS as well as matters before the immigration courts (EOIR)
Highly responsive and organized, with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
The discipline to perform independently in a fully remote environment

Sales training or a background in consultative, phone-based sales is strongly preferred, particularly if you are interested in the sales track. Prior experience in a law firm or immigration services organization is a plus.

Hours

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Because prospective clients reach out throughout the day, we need consistent coverage during business hours, and we will set a regular schedule with you. Lead volume rises and falls week to week, so some days will be busier than others, but your hours and pay remain steady.
