Your Role as Senior Tax Preparer

As a Senior Tax Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering solid tax solutions while preparing and reviwing complex personal, partnership and business tax returns. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with an elite team and a client base that values your expertise.

Responsibilities:

Review and manage tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
Collaborate with the VP/Director of Tax and team to develop innovative, advanced tax solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their tax needs.
Analyze and prepare Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

Active CPA License with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in complex tax return preparation. (Juris Doctorate preferred, but not required.)
Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team and Independent Work: Ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Simplifying Complexity: Skilled in explaining complex tax strategies in a clear and accessible manner.
Problem Solver: Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
Eagerness to Learn: Open to coaching, feedback, and mastering innovative tax strategies.
