Bulk Account Executive

Fibernow is seeking a strategically minded and results-driven Bulk Account Executive with strong MDU bulk industry experience to identify business needs, develop client relationships, and deliver customized telecommunications solutions to Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs) throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of fiber optics, broadband services, and bulk cable agreements.

In this role, you will work closely with property owners, managers, HOAs, and COAs to drive revenue growth, maximize customer satisfaction, and expand presence within the market.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with MDU prospects, property owners, managers, HOAs, and COAs
Engage with customers to understand their business needs, expectations, and service goals while fostering strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Deliver exceptional customer success and client retention while achieving all assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for new business and renewals
Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities within targeted MDU communities to increase market penetration and brand recognition
Manage the full consultative sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through contract negotiation and execution
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships, referrals, marketing initiatives, phone outreach, email campaigns, social media, and face-to-face networking
Educate customers on the benefits and value of fiber optics, High-Speed Data (HSD), video products, and equipment enhancements
Cultivate long-term partnerships to maximize revenue, contract duration, and customer satisfaction
Prepare and complete ROI analysis and deal approval documentation as needed
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity reporting
Work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, technical operations, and customer care teams to ensure service availability timelines and successful onboarding of new properties
Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Promote a positive reputation and brand image throughout the marketplace
Participate in local and regional industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to present services and solutions
Travel as necessary throughout Florida, including Miami, Palm Beach, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, and the Panhandle region
Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in telecommunications sales, MDU bulk sales, B2B sales, residential direct sales, or client management within the broadband, fiber optics, fixed wireless, mobility, or telecommunications industries
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing complex client relationships
Strong understanding of fiber optic technology, broadband services, and bulk cable agreements
Experience working with MDUs, HOAs, COAs, and property management organizations preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems, customer account management, ROI analysis, and sales reporting tools
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
Willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned territories in Florida
