Position Overview

Solara Resorts Incorporated is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Website Design Manager to oversee the growth and success of the Website Design Sales Division.

The Website Design Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and supporting 36 Website Design Sales Supervisors, while ensuring that each supervisor maintains a full team of 7 Website Design Sales Representatives.

The Manager serves as the leader of the entire division and is responsible for building a culture of accountability, teamwork, growth, and high performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Recruit and hire 36 qualified Website Design Sales Supervisors.
Ensure each supervisor maintains a team of 7 Sales Representatives.
Assist supervisors with recruiting and interviewing new representatives when vacancies occur.
Develop hiring strategies to maintain full staffing levels.
Coordinate onboarding and training programs.

Leadership & Team Development

Provide leadership and direction to all supervisors.
Conduct weekly management meetings.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Create a positive and motivating work environment.
Assist supervisors in overcoming challenges and improving team performance.
Develop future leaders within the organization.

Performance Management

Ensure supervisors are effectively supporting their teams.
Review sales reports and performance metrics.
Implement improvement plans when goals are not being met.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Maintain accountability throughout the organization.

The Website Design Manager is responsible for helping the entire division achieve and exceed these goals through effective leadership, staffing, training, and support.
