Job Summary:
The Workforce Technology Integrations & Engineering team is seeking experienced Business Solutions Analysts to support a high-profile benefits vendor replacement initiative. This project has strong executive visibility, an aggressive timeline, and requires resources who can quickly contribute to requirements gathering, testing leadership, and coordination between business and technical teams.
The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring successful integration of HR data between SAP and external vendor systems while supporting testing activities and business process validation.
The Senior Business Solutions Analyst will support a medium-scale, high-priority HR technology initiative from discovery through post-implementation Hypercare. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, DevOps, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support enterprise HR platforms and integrations. Acting as an experienced subject matter expert, this individual will solve complex problems, define clear outcomes, align work to organizational goals, and help deliver world-class employee and leader experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the product roadmap for ERP-based HCM, organization management, payroll, and related integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and enterprise technology standards.
- Serve as an SAP S/4 subject matter expert on an enterprise HR technology project from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and post-implementation Hypercare support.
- Analyze enhancement requests, define functional requirements and integration challenges, and design scalable solutions that balance technical feasibility and long-term maintainability.
- Lead test efforts for HR technology projects, including test planning, test set development, functional and integration testing coordination, issue tracking, and re-testing oversight.
- Develop, monitor, and execute test plans for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system configuration.
- Collaborate across HR, technology, and business teams to build strong partnerships, ensure shared understanding of priorities, and foster a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

- Work independently with minimal guidance to manage risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring project milestones and goals are met in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple stakeholders
- Manage test cases, defect tracking, and test execution activities using QTest or similar tools
- Partner with developers and technical teams to validate integration solutions
- Analyze SAP HR data and support investigation of integration issues and failures
- Coordinate communication between business users, project teams, and technical resources
- Support implementation, validation, and go-live readiness activities
- Assist with development of a data "simulator " tool that enables business users to research and troubleshoot integration issues
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4 HR, including HCM, organization management, and payroll.
- Strong foundation in HR technology and processes across HCM, organization management, payroll, benefits, integrations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a subject matter expert and lead, solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions in technology-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence diverse stakeholders, including senior audiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including customer service, partnership building, and collaboration across matrixed teams.
- Proven experience driving process improvement and continuous optimization of systems and workflows.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, complex organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels.
- Positive, resourceful, and flexible mindset, with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player in fast-paced environments.

- Business Analysis experience within large-scale implementation projects
- Requirements gathering and technical documentation expertise
- Testing leadership experience using QTest or similar test management tools
- Integration troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
Nice to Have:
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- SAP ECC experience
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BTP, or related SAP technologies
