About the Position

An established company specializing in gold and silver IRAs and physical precious metals is seeking an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Manager with direct industry experience.

This is not a general digital marketing position. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the gold and silver IRA business, the phone-based sales model, the characteristics of a qualified prospect, and the unique challenges of generating quality leads in this industry.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in marketing for a gold and silver IRA or precious metals company and will already understand the industry’s customer acquisition channels, marketing partners, lead-generation strategies, and sales funnel.

This position reports directly to senior management and offers substantial responsibility for the company’s overall marketing operation.

Responsibilities

Manage and continuously optimize the company’s marketing and lead-generation campaigns
Develop strategies specifically designed to attract qualified gold and silver IRA prospects, rather than generic financial-services leads
Manage and develop relationships with existing marketing partners and industry contacts
Identify and pursue new marketing channels, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities
Proactively test, analyze, and optimize campaigns across major marketing platforms
Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and overall campaign performance
Optimize the complete marketing funnel, including lead acquisition, CRM integration, lead routing, follow-up, and communication
Work closely with senior management and sales leadership to continually improve lead quality and conversion
Identify opportunities to improve the customer communication cycle and overall marketing-to-sales process
Stay current with developments, trends, and opportunities within the precious metals IRA marketing industry

Qualifications

Direct marketing experience with a gold and silver IRA or precious metals company is strongly preferred and will be a major consideration
Deep understanding of the gold and silver IRA customer and the phone-based sales model
Established relationships and contacts within the precious metals / IRA marketing industry
Proven experience generating and improving qualified leads in this specific industry
Understanding of the industry’s major marketing channels, lead providers, and acquisition strategies
Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, lead tracking, and attribution
Ability to work independently and proactively manage the marketing function in a remote environment
Strong communication and relationship-management skills

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running because they already understand the industry.

A successful candidate should be able to recognize the difference between a lead that looks good on paper and a prospect who is actually a strong fit for a phone-based gold and silver IRA sales organization.

The ideal candidate will bring not only marketing expertise, but also existing industry knowledge, relationships, and a practical understanding of what works in the gold and silver IRA market.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s industry experience, marketing expertise, and demonstrated ability to generate quality leads.
