What you'll own

Serve as an Ophthalmologist PC owner to comply with Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws, entering into a formal agreement.
Maintain flexible fractional hours, owning your own schedule. Typically under 1 hour/month.

What you should bring

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy (MD or DO) degree with specific training and experience in Ophthalmology; and with active licensure in all (or nearly all) 50-states. (Active licensure is needed, not just eligibility for licensure.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.
