Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QA & Accessibility Tester/Lead to validate the quality, usability, accessibility, and release readiness of large-scale digital platforms, SaaS products, CMS websites, and enterprise applications. This role will support testing strategy, defect tracking, accessibility reviews, user acceptance testing, and delivery quality across complex technology projects.

The ideal candidate has experience testing public-facing websites, enterprise systems, portals, or CMS platforms and can lead QA activities while collaborating with developers, UX/UI designers, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead or support QA planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
Perform functional, regression, usability, cross-browser, mobile-responsive, CMS, and content validation testing.
Conduct accessibility testing against WCAG, Section 508, and related accessibility requirements.
Use tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, screen readers, browser tools, and keyboard-only testing.
Document defects with clear steps to reproduce, severity, expected results, actual results, and screenshots.
Coordinate with developers, designers, business analysts, and project managers to triage and verify fixes.
Support UAT, release readiness, remediation cycles, and post-launch validation.
Prepare QA reports, accessibility findings, defect logs, test summaries, and acceptance evidence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA testing, accessibility testing, software testing, or web application validation.
Experience testing large-scale websites, SaaS platforms, portals, CMS platforms, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with WCAG, Section 508, ADA accessibility concepts, and accessibility testing tools.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Confluence, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of manual testing, regression testing, UAT, defect lifecycle, and release validation.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving as a QA lead or coordinating testing across multiple workstreams.
Experience with Drupal, WordPress, PeopleSoft, enterprise portals, or SaaS applications.
Familiarity with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, or TalkBack.
Experience on large public-sector, enterprise, higher education, healthcare, or regulated technology projects.
Accessibility certification or formal training is a plus.
