Team

Collaborates with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Clinical Services teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Supports a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Participates in team meetings and contributes to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment
Embodies the agency’s core values and promotes a high standard of professionalism and integrity

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains detailed project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deadlines
Manages day-to-day project activities, including status tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation
Proactively identifies risks and roadblocks, escalating issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, and deliverables
Facilitates internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items
Supports post-project evaluations to identify learnings and opportunities for process improvement

Operations

Utilizes project management tools and systems to track progress, manage documentation, and report on project health
Contributes to the development and refinement of project management best practices and SOPs
Collaborates PM leadership and account teams to support resource planning

Bachelor’s Degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in project management at a life sciences agency; market access agency experience is preferred but not a requirement
Working understanding of agency process (including both digital and print resources), job-tracking systems and/or Project Management software (i.e., Smartsheet, WorkFront, etc.), and best practices; direct experience with Wrike platform is preferred but not a requirement
Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage conflict resolution, and collaborate with others
Launch experience is preferred
Exceeds at identifying and managing risk implications
Ability to drive change and achieve results in a dynamic environment #LI-Remote

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of pharmaceutical marketing initiatives by developing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
