Full Job Description

At Zeus Thermal, Inc., we're seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction our clients have with our company is positive and professional. They will make the customer's experience our number one priority, setting the tone for the high-quality service they can expect from Zeus Thermal, Inc.

Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face.
Maintaining a high degree of professional etiquette and interpersonal skills, including clear and concise communication and conflict resolution expertise.
Understanding the products and services provided by Zeus Thermal, Inc. to confidently troubleshoot problems and offer solutions to customers.
Record keeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints while regularly updating customer database information.
Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer service.
Handling returns and exchanges proactively, reducing customer effort and enhancing the overall customer service experience.
Performing regular customer service audits to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and listening skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
A record of achieving and exceeding targets regarding customer satisfaction and team performance.
Experience with CRM software and strong computer literacy with a good grasp of MS Office and data entry.
Ability to remain calm, patient and diplomatic in high-pressure situations.
