What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:

Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Assist our doctors during comprehensive eye examinations.
Perform preliminary testing, including visual acuity, retinal imaging, color vision, and other diagnostic testing.
Accurately document patient history and exam findings using our electronic medical record system.
Educate patients about eye health, treatment recommendations, and next steps.
Help schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow, and support front desk operations when needed.
Assist with frame styling, eyewear selection, and optical sales (training available if needed).
Maintain exam rooms and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinic.
Work closely with your teammates to create an outstanding patient experience every single day.

Communicates clearly and professionally.
Learns new technology quickly.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Has previous experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or another medical office (preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with an excellent attitude).

Experience with Revolution EHR is a plus, but not required.
