Full Job Description

Job Summary

This job is partly in person and partly remote

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in providing effective behavioral therapy, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and developing tailored treatment plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and oversee behavioral therapy programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior management and data collection techniques.
Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, ensuring they receive appropriate services.

Experience

A Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
Proven experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and patient care standards is essential.
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for effective program evaluation.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
