Full Job Description

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager serves as a key operational leader within the Food & Beverage Division and provides leadership support across both Spencer's Restaurant and the Banquet Department.

Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, banquet service execution, guest satisfaction, labor productivity, team development, and operational consistency across all front-of-house food and beverage outlets.

This role is intentionally designed to provide broad exposure to multiple areas of food and beverage operations and requires a highly adaptable leader capable of supporting restaurant service, lounge operations, banquet functions, group events, airline business, and conference center activity based on the operational needs of the hotel.

The successful candidate must possess a hands-on leadership style, a strong service mindset, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business demands require.

This position serves as a developmental pathway toward future Food & Beverage Director and Executive Committee leadership opportunities within Paramount Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

Assist with daily operation of Spencer's Restaurant and Lounge.
Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experiences.
Monitor service standards and operational execution.
Support staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity.
Assist with inventory controls and cost management.
Lead service recovery efforts.

Banquet Operations

Support execution of banquet and conference center events.
Assist banquet captains and service teams.
Ensure banquet events meet guest expectations and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Conference Services teams.
Support large conventions, weddings, airline events, and corporate meetings.

Operational Flexibility

Provide leadership support wherever business levels require.
Work restaurant shifts, banquet shifts, opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Maintain a visible presence during high-volume periods.
Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Financial Responsibilities

Support labor management and productivity goals.
Assist with scheduling and overtime controls.
Support food and beverage revenue goals.
Monitor operating expenses.
Help drive profitability throughout the department.

Leadership & Team Development

Coach and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
Support training and onboarding programs.
Promote accountability and service excellence.
Foster teamwork between restaurant and banquet operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years food and beverage leadership experience.
Restaurant and banquet experience preferred.
Full-service hotel experience preferred.
Hilton experience preferred.
Union hotel experience preferred.
Strong leadership presence.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
