Eagle Eye Produce is a premier grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation. We grow in multiple states in the United States as well as several locations in Mexico. Our focus is to provide our customers with a year-round supply of the products we grow. These items include; several Potato varieties including organics, Onions, Watermelon, and Nogales Vegetables (Tomatoes, Peppers, Squash, Cucumbers). Additionally, we own and operate several state of the art production facilities across the United States. Position Summary:

We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Leader who loves taking on challenges, creating structure, solving problems, and finding ways to make a business run better. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, creating efficiencies, and making things happen. We’re looking for someone who can see what needs to be improved, take the initiative to fix it, and help create an operation that runs smoothly without constant oversight. You won’t just be managing operation: you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of the business. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, implement better systems, improve the customer experience, and help our team work smarter and perform at their best.

This is an on-site role at Eagle Eye Produce sales office in Idaho Falls, ID

Required Skills / Competencies:

Knowledge Areas:

Strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Driven and competitive nature with strong problem-solving abilities
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills

Technical/Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Microsoft Office
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365

Experience:

5+ years in Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
Loves organizing chaos!
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate in a sales supporting role, assisting some of our largest and best clients
Own and continuously improve the entire sales process
Track KPIs and sales metrics, providing data to sales managers to ensure accountability and high performance
Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies
Further develop sales procedures to streamline processes and standardize between departments
Develop SOPs and documentation for repeatable excellence
Ensure every customer receives exceptional experience from a systems and ease of doing business standpoint
Prepare/analyze customer scorecards for business reviews
Resolve complex customer issues
Train employees on new procedures
Develop new systems as business needs evolve
Improve communication between departments
Reduce customer friction throughout the buying journey
Continuously evaluate current flows
Coordinate projects across departments
Present findings to leadership
Other duties as assigned

Expected Hours of Work:

This position requires approximately 40 hours per week, as needed, to meet the demands of the business and complete the responsibilities of this position

Work Environment:

Duties and responsibilities are performed in an office
This role routinely uses standard office equipment

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person

Travel:

Travel as needed to support the needs of the business.
