Position Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth store performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with knowledge of Italian cuisine, strong organizational skills, and proven retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and merchandising.
Hire, train, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation.
Oversee ordering and inventory management of specialty Italian products, both imported and locally sourced.
Implement merchandising strategies that highlight seasonal items, promotions, and authentic Italian offerings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Italian hospitality and culture.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

5+ years of retail or food service management experience (specialty food or grocery background preferred).
Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine
