Culligan of Rice Lake, a Culligan franchise, is currently seeking an individual with driving and delivery experience to work as a Route Delivery Sales Representative.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Route Delivery Sales Representative to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering products, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting our water treatment solutions along designated routes. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive success as you connect with customers and ensure timely deliveries.

Our Route Sales Delivery Representatives have the opportunity to build and expand their route through an hourly base pay and by actively promoting Culligan Products and Services earning commissions for each product delivered or service rendered on their daily route.

We are looking for an individual that is responsible and reliable. The job is consistent work with a four day work week (Mon-Thur) with opportunity for overtime. We have a great team here and we all look out for one another. We have a lot of fun and enjoy working with each other and are looking for someone to contribute to that culture. Work ethic and positive attitude makes up any lack of experience.

Formal training is provided.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Delivering products in an efficient and timely manner.
Being able to competently promote Culligan Products and Services to both existing and new customers where representatives can earn commissions for delivering products and services with "limitless earning potential"
Preparing, processing, and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service.
Following all safety protocols and company regulations.
Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
Current valid driver's license
Must be able to lift/transport up to 150 lbs, physical exertion is common to most tasks
Forklift certified a plus
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver water treatment products along assigned routes, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs and upselling additional products or services to enhance their experience.
Conduct accurate pricing and sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation of all deliveries and payments.
Perform merchandising tasks such as product placement and inventory checks to maintain an appealing presentation.
Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate deliveries, report issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy bottles or equipment, including proper manual lifting techniques.
Maintain organizational skills to keep delivery schedules on track and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
Strong math skills for accurate pricing, measurements, and inventory management.
Proven ability in sales, upselling, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automobile transportation safety standards and willingness to learn and understand DOT regulations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective route coordination and customer interactions.
Prior experience in merchandising, route driving, or military service is a plus, but not required.
