Bilingual Sales Advisor (Spanish/English) – BHPH Experience (Dallas, TX)

¿Hablas español? Have you sold cars at a Buy Here Pay Here store before? Or have you just outworked everyone in every job you've ever had? Keep reading.

The Auto Cave is one of the top-performing Buy Here Pay Here dealerships in DFW — we sell 70+ vehicles per month, all in-house financing (buy here pay here). Approvals happen here. Deals get done. A large portion of our customers speak Spanish, and they come back because they trust us — and they refer their family.

We're hiring 1–2 Bilingual Sales Advisors at our Dallas location (I-20 & Camp Wisdom). We already have a team. What we need is someone who walks in with a different gear.

Who We're Actually Looking For

We're being direct about this because we're tired of hiring people who interview well and then coast. This role is for one of two types of people:

Type 1 — The BHPH Veteran. You've worked at a Buy Here Pay Here store. You understand the customer. You know how to build trust with someone who's been turned down everywhere else. You've worked deals where the down payment, the income, and the right vehicle all have to line up, and you know how to make it happen. You're here because your current store can't get deals approved, doesn't appreciate you, or has hit a ceiling.

Type 2 — The Person Who Grinds. You've never sold a car in your life, but you've outworked everyone around you at whatever you've done — restaurants, retail, construction, military, door-to-door, collections, call centers. You show up early. You stay late. You don't need to be told twice. You're competitive and you hate losing. You're ready to change your life financially and bet on yourself. We'll teach you the car business. We can't teach grit.

Either type: you have to speak fluent Spanish. A large share of our customers prefer Spanish, and if you can't build real trust with them in their language, you can't win here. This is not "I took Spanish in high school" — this is "señora, aquí sí le aprobamos y le explico todo con calma."

If you need to be motivated, micromanaged, or coddled, this is not your store. We're a small team and one slow week from one person is felt by everyone. We protect our culture.

What You'll Do

Guide customers through our in-house financing approval process — in English and Spanish
Set clear expectations early and build real trust
Help customers pick the right vehicle for their budget — not the most expensive one
Build your own personal sales presence on Facebook and Facebook Marketplace — post your inventory daily, run your own Facebook ads, live videos, work your personal network, and be visible in the community. The salespeople who dominate this market don't wait for leads. They create them.
Follow our proven sales system (we'll train you, we expect you to master it)
Hit your numbers. Every week. Not every other week.
Deliver service good enough that customers send us their cousin, their coworker, and their pastor

Our mission is simple: Provide reliable transportation with affordable financing and treat people right.

Compensation

This is one of the strongest pay plans in BHPH. Top producers here earn well into six figures.

Weekly base
Bonus per car sold
3-Car Day "Hat Trick" bonuses
Store bonuses for top producers
Record Setter bonus
5-day work week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

If you can sell, you will earn. If you can't yet, we'll coach you. But effort is not optional — it's the price of admission.

What We Expect

Fluent Bilingual — Spanish and English. You can build trust, close deals, and handle objections in both languages.
BHPH experience preferred, but grit, urgency, and coachability matter more
Willingness to build your own social media hustle — post inventory, run your own Facebook ads, go live, work your network. If the idea of putting yourself out there online is a "no," this isn't the role for you.
Professional appearance and communication
Ability to handle confidential customer information
Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do next
Team-first attitude — we don't tolerate lone wolves or drama
Valid driver's license
