Position Overview:

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily office, warehouse, and operational functions across TOTALSKIN. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, sales, order management, and issue resolution through multiple communication channels. In addition to customer support, this position provides administrative assistance to the corporate office, supports warehouse and fulfillment operations, and collaborates across departments to ensure efficient workflows and a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by phone, email, text, live chat, and in person. Provide friendly and professional support.

- Build positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and personalized support.

- Support corporate to coordinate lunches, trainings, setting up conference

rooms, greeting corporate guest/vendors as they enter the corporate office and direct

them to the correct person or area, help with checking mailbox, coordinating

package pick up/drop off, and other assigned tasks that may come up to support the

corporate staff and management team.

- Process orders, create quotes, collect payments, follow up with customers, and reach out to new and existing leads.

- Assist with picking, packing, shipping, receiving inventory, stocking products, quality checks, cycle counts, and delivering products to clinics when needed.

- Resolve customer issues, including returns, replacements, and general concerns.

- Track sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics to help achieve team goals.

- Collaborate with team members and support other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in customer service or operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or retail

environments.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- In/outbound calling is a plus.

- Excel or Google Sheets experience is required

- Self-motivated, charismatic, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
