Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and HR systems while contributing to our company’s growth and success. Duties

Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and research methods.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively.
Support external recruiting efforts such as job fairs, networking events, and outreach initiatives to generate lead generation opportunities.
Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate ongoing talent acquisition efforts and succession planning.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and team members.
Basic understanding of HR sourcing techniques, employment & labor law, and HR legal compliance principles.
Familiarity with talent management software (e.g., UltiPro or similar HR systems) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience or interest in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting is a plus.
Ability to perform cold calling, research candidate backgrounds, and utilize social media platforms for recruitment marketing.
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn about HR systems, employee relations, training & development processes, and full cycle recruiting practices.

Details:

Hours -8AM-5PM
Pay -$1000/week plus bonuses after a probation period
$800 for the first 30/days
