Clutter Trucker (www.ClutterTrucker.com) is the premier hoarding & extreme cleaning expert in Colorado and we expanded to Texas. At Clutter Trucker, our business is helping people find order when they’re in crisis. We don’t turn anyone away, and no job is too big for us. Since 2008 we’ve been providing practical help for people facing eviction, surrounded by clutter, overwhelmed with the passing of a loved one, struggling with a disability, and so much more. We offer services from organizing, extreme cleaning, extermination preparation, and hauling items away to donate or dispose of. We work with many organizations that cover funding for at-risk individuals, along with private clients in various situations.

We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families facing the challenges of hoarding and excessive clutter. We provide professional hoarding cleanup services that encompass both junk hauling and deep cleaning, helping our clients regain control of their living spaces and their lives. Our team is dedicated to promoting accessibility, safety, and a fresh start for those in need.

Please note that this position is PART-TIME.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Hoarding Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the lives of our clients by helping them declutter, clean, and restore their spaces. Every day on the job looks different, from residential junk removal to sorting through vintage treasures with clients.

As a Hoarding Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Help clients declutter and organize their belongings efficiently.
Safely remove clutter, debris, and unwanted items from client premises.
Provide guidance and solutions to maintain an organized environment.
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of client homes.
Train new cleaners.
Lead Projects that may include hauling, cleaning and organizing.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willing to work in environments with infestations (PPE and Safety Training provided).
Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and patient attitude.
Able to pass a background test upon employment.
Experience in junk hauling and/or cleaning is a plus, but not required.
Access to your own vehicle is required.
