Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Audit and become the vital link that ensures seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. This energetic role offers you the chance to showcase your hospitality management skills, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the integrity of our property during nighttime hours. As a Night Audit professional, you will be the friendly face handling guest inquiries, managing property management systems, and ensuring all financial and operational records are accurately maintained. Duties

Conduct nightly audits by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems such as PEP & Delphi
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, ensuring smooth and efficient service during overnight hours.
Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in person, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills.
Maintain security protocols performing safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, managing front desk operations, and supporting hotel management activities.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members across multiple channels, including phone communication and client correspondence, fostering positive guest relations.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of property management systems like PEP & Delphi.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations, but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer service issues efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is preferred to ensure safety and operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address guest concerns proactively while maintaining professionalism during night shifts.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel reservation systems to facilitate smooth communication and booking processes.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and attention to detail.
