Summary

As a Sales Representative at Roof-ER, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position is crucial for reflecting our commitment to quality service and community engagement, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients effectively.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Utilize effective communication skills to present product offerings and answer customer inquiries.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to maximize revenue.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or contracting environment.
Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
