Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual, and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies, ensuring that personal injury cases are managed efficiently from inception to resolution. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help streamline case workflows, facilitate effective communication, and support successful client outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your legal expertise and project management abilities will make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the legal process
Conduct thorough client interviews to gather case details, medical records, and relevant documentation
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and legal teams to facilitate case development
Prepare and review legal documents including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and third parties
Perform legal research on personal injury law and related areas such as Workers' Compensation Law to support case strategies
Review and analyze documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards
Maintain excellent communication with clients to provide updates and gather additional information as needed
Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, document review, proofreading, transcription, and managing document management systems

Experience

Legal experience or equivalent in a law office setting with a focus on personal injury law or related fields.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong research skills utilizing cris by Txdot, LexisNexis, or similar legal research tools
Familiarity with legal administrative processes including document review, letters of represenation, and letters of protection.
Experience with project management principles to coordinate case activities effectively
Excellent organizational skills combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information professionally while maintaining confidentiality
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines
