Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Clubhouse Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operation of the Clubhouse, ensuring exceptional service, smooth food and beverage operations, and a welcoming environment for members and guests alike. Your leadership will help foster a vibrant community atmosphere while maintaining high standards of hospitality, food safety, and operational efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills within a lively, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily clubhouse operations, including food service, beverage offerings, and member interactions
Supervise staff during shifts, providing training and guidance on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols
Coordinate events and activities: bookings, vendor coordination, setup/teardown, AV and catering logistics.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures across all food production areas
Contribute to staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a motivated team environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing
Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff training capabilities
Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift operations effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling, kitchen management, and operational procedures
