About Us

Revival Roofing & Restoration is a fast-growing roofing and restoration company serving homeowners across Northern Virginia. We do quality work, we pay on time, and we take care of our people.

We're building out a direct retail sales division and we need the right person to lead it. That means building the team, owning the process, and driving revenue.

The Role

You're coming in as the first retail sales leader at Revival. Your job is to recruit, train, and develop a team of sales reps who sell roofing, gutters, siding, and restoration services directly to homeowners no insurance claim required. You'll report directly to the owner.

What You'll Own

Team Building — Recruit, hire, and onboard retail sales reps. Ongoing, not one-time.
Coaching & Development — Weekly 1-on-1s, ride-alongs, deal reviews. Your reps get better because of you.
Pipeline Management — Every lead logged, every deal tracked in CRM. Nothing falls through.
Revenue — You're accountable to a number. You know what it is and you own it.
Lead Generation — Work with digital marketing, develop referral channels, find new opportunities.
Reporting — Weekly update to ownership: revenue, pipeline, rep performance. No surprises.
Production Handoff — Clean transition from signed contract to production every time.

What We're Looking For

You must have:

3+ years in roofing, home improvement, or construction sales
1–2+ years managing or leading a sales team
A track record you can back up with numbers
CRM discipline you live in the pipeline, not in your head
Ability to work Richmond to Northern Virginia daily

We'd love if you also have:

Retail (direct-pay) sales experience — not just insurance storm work
Experience recruiting your own reps
Knowledge of the NoVA market
