Full Job Description

Opportunity to work with a 26-year old growing family business providing multiple solutions to invasive pest problems in buildings. Pest control is a fascinating industry and there is always more to learn no matter how long you're in the business. We are highly rated in the Vancouver & Portland areas as well as have a stellar 4.9 rating on Google reviews.

This is a Customer Service position where our goal is to provide an optimal experience for each customer. The primary portion of the job will be answering phones and scheduling.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Location: Ridgefield, Washington office location.

Duties include: Data entry, phone calls, scheduling, filing, etc.

Skills sought:

- Organized with attention to detail and excellence (critical item)

- Articulate communication skills, especially with customers

- Ability to learn our systems and increase skill level

- Creative solution and problem-solving

Wages:

- Starting wage of $25 per hour. Bonuses paid on production.

Minimum Requirements:

- No experience necessary in pest control, but helpful!

- Main Office & Shop located on 5 acres in Ridgefield close to the Clark County Fairgrounds
