Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to deliver a welcoming and secure environment. Your expertise in hospitality and customer service will help maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction while ensuring all financial and operational procedures are accurately completed. If you possess a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine during the quiet yet critical night hours.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and guest accounts.
Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, as well as provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations.
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel security protocols and emergency procedures.
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff.
Assist with reservation management, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining clear communication with guests and internal teams.
Handle phone communication professionally using proper phone etiquette while managing multiple lines and urgent requests.
Assist with setting up breakfast service, brewing coffee, and prepping breakfast items.
Duties may adapt to evolving business needs

Experience.

Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and customer service problem-solving techniques.
Demonstrated ability to manage hotel night audit responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety.
