Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your positive attitude and efficient office management skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for all who walk through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient check in and patient check out
Perform data entry and use of practice management software.
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management functions
Verify health insurance and patient data at each visit
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Bilingual abilities are a plus and preferred for serving diverse clients and visitors
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous
Personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial for handling administrative duties
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure
