Full Job Description

Job Summary

Staffing Manager

Mountain Temp Services is looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team and help keep our branch running smoothly! This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll work with employees, clients, recruiters, and the Branch Manager to coordinate staffing operations from recruiting and onboarding to dispatch, payroll, and client support.

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily staffing and employee dispatch to client job sites.
Recruit and onboard new employees using job boards, referrals, social media, and other resources.
Communicate with employees and clients regarding schedules, assignments, attendance, and staffing needs.
Review timecards and assist with accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain employee records and staffing information in systems such as TempWorks.
Help resolve employee and client questions or operational issues.
Coordinate orientations, safety training, and required documentation.
Support client relationships and help identify and fill staffing needs.
Assist with job-site visits, transportation coordination, and other branch operations.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to keep daily operations organized and efficient.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Staffing, recruiting, HR, payroll, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers, email, Excel, and other business systems.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, proactive, and customer-service focused.
Strong attention to detail, especially with timecards and employee information.
Staffing software or TempWorks experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Valid driver's license may be required.
