All Seasons Cleaning is a premier local cleaning company dedicated to providing top-notch service to our commercial and residential clients. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, and reliable professional to manage our financial tracking, human resources admin, and daily back-office operations. Position Overview

This unique, multi-faceted role combines bookkeeping, light HR, and administrative support. You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring our staff is paid accurately, our clients are billed timely, and new talent is seamlessly brought onto the team.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin

Manage monthly and year-end financial transactions and forms using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Generate, review, and send accurate monthly invoices to commercial and residential clients.
Track account receivables and follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with company policy.

Payroll & Employee Management

Review and approve employee timesheets daily using QuickBooks Workforce.
Ensure accurate hours are logged for seamless payroll processing.
Process payroll weekly using QBO Payroll Services.

HR Admin & Recruiting

Monitor and screen inbound job applications via Indeed.
Filter candidates based on our company criteria and utilize our pre-set interview templates to coordinate the next steps with qualified applicants.
Manage and monitor new hire onboarding paperwork in coordination with Area Manager and Company Owner.

Daily Operations & Support

Monitor and respond promptly to client and employee emails.
Provide backup scheduling or communication assistance for the cleaning team during peak times or unexpected adjustments.
Maintain organized digital files and general back-office organization.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in bookkeeping, office management, or an HR administrative support role preferred.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both clients and cleaning staff via email and phone.
High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Ready to jump in and assist with scheduling or administrative tweaks as daily operational needs change.
