Job Overview

We are seeking a Facilities, Utilities & Projects Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of hospital facilities and critical utility systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and the successful execution of infrastructure and capital projects within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Manage hospital facilities, maintenance programs, and critical utility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency generators, plumbing, medical gases, and fire protection systems.
Lead facility improvement, renovation, and capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, utilities, maintenance, or engineering projects within hospitals, healthcare facilities, clinics, or medical environments.
Strong knowledge of building systems, project management, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Hospitals, medical centers, outpatient clinics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related facilities.

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Bachelor's (Required)
