About Us

We are a growing, technology-focused electronic component distributor supporting customers across the semiconductor and memory markets. We are seeking a motivated Procurement & Product Assistant who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow with our company.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level position for someone interested in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, product management, or the technology industry.

The Procurement & Product Assistant will work closely with our procurement and product management team and receive hands-on experience with product information, pricing, and electronic components.

No prior semiconductor or electronic component experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Procurement Support

Maintain and update franchised distributor and supplier databases
Enter and maintain supplier offers and pricing information
Assist with day-to-day procurement activities
Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members as needed
Maintain accurate procurement and supplier information

Product & Inventory Management

Maintain product catalogs and databases for memory and storage products
Update product specifications, part numbers, and product lifecycle status
Help ensure product and supplier information is accurate and current
Assist with product and inventory-related data management

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Interest in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, technology, or electronic components is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a small-team environment
