Full Job Description

Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child’s life? We are seeking a Behavior Interventionist (BI) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with developmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in engaging, hands-on sessions while implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting data, and documenting progress. Services are provided in the client’s home or community setting, making reliable transportation essential.

What You’ll Do

Implement ABA-based intervention strategies under the supervision of a clinical team
Engage children in structured and play-based activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect and maintain accurate session data and progress notes
Maintain medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate closely with supervisors and other team members
Support families and caregivers by sharing practical strategies for skill development

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technology skills (cell phone, internet access, Google Drive, video platforms)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and training)
Training Rate: $17 per hour
