About the Role

Flour Fusion LLC is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Operations Documentation Coordinator to support documentation, training, and process-improvement initiatives within our food manufacturing facility in Perris, California.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing information, creating clear instructions, and working with different departments to understand how processes are performed.

You will work with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Operations to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, visual training materials, equipment documentation, and controlled documents.

This role combines office-based documentation work with time on the production floor observing processes and gathering information.

Pay

$18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Observe production processes and document how equipment and manufacturing procedures are performed.
Develop clear, step-by-step instructions for production employees.
Take photographs and videos to create visual training and reference materials.
Document equipment startup, shutdown, sanitation, cleaning, and changeover procedures.
Create and update operator training materials.
Review existing production documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Standardize document formatting across operational areas.
Maintain revision histories and document-control records.
Organize electronic and physical operational documents.
Update controlled documents as directed.
Work with Production Supervisors, operators, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance personnel to verify procedures.
Assist with administrative and documentation projects supporting operational improvements.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, operations, quality, document control, or administrative support.
Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, training materials, or controlled documents.
Experience working with manufacturing or production processes.
Familiarity with visual documentation using photographs or videos.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Perris, California.

The Operations Documentation Coordinator will work in both an office environment and throughout the food manufacturing facility.

The position includes frequent computer and document-preparation work, along with periodic visits to production areas to observe processes, gather information, and verify procedures.

The role requires:

Frequent computer and keyboard use.
Ability to alternate between sitting and standing.
Occasional walking through production areas.
Occasional bending and reaching while documenting equipment or processes.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when entering production areas.
