Full Job Description

At City Express by Marriott, we are seeking a reliable, friendly, service-oriented Night Audit agent to join our growing staff. In this position, you will take reservations, check guests in and out of rooms, direct calls, and answer all guests’ questions and concerns. We are focused on providing a relaxing experience to our guests.

The Night Audit Agent is responsible for completing the night audit and overseeing the night operations of the front office and night audit staffs. This position is the contact point for guests and other hotel department during the shift.

Night Audit Associates: Wanted - Part Time / Full Time experienced front desk agent, front desk clerks, receptionist, or similar role.

An individual who likes working overnight, reliable, dependable and ensuring the safety of the property and guest. Previous hotel-related experience preferred.

Shift is from 11 pm to 7 am

(We train on all other shifts during training)

* We are open 24 hour 7 days a week, must be flexible and willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Job entails/ Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guest approaching the Front Desk in accordance with IHG brand standards.
Performs check-in and check- out procedure
Professional appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality.
Enroll guest to our IHG Program and is knowledgeable of the perks
Manage reservations online , in person, or over the phone reservation.
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Complete cashier and closing reports, counting and balance the bank at the end of each shift accurately.
Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with minimal supervision
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
Maintain a clean work area.
Other office duties assigned by management.
Will be required to work nights, weekend, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour
