Description:

The JAR Systems Channel Account Manager for CDW will serve as a dedicated sales resource aligned primarily to CDW’s K12 sales organization and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding net-new customer acquisition, and increasing adoption of JAR Systems solutions within CDW’s active K12 customer base. This individual will collaborate closely with CDW K12 Account Managers, Field Sellers, and Sales Leadership to position JAR Systems as the preferred charging infrastructure solution provider for K12 customers.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative business development professional with experience developing strategic relationships, leading consultative customer engagements, identifying customer needs, and managing complex sales opportunities from discovery through close. Success in this role requires strong communication and presentation skills, disciplined pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting accuracy, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and customers in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Achieve JAR Systems revenue and new customer acquisition objectives at CDW
Develop, implement, and execute the JAR Systems sales strategy at CDW to achieve sales goals, desired business goals, and to drive revenue growth through net-new customer acquisition in the K12 vertical
Develop relationships with the CDW K12 sales teams to further build the JAR Systems brand within the CDW sales organization
Become the JAR Systems product champion within the CDW sales organization and be able to deliver the JAR Systems value proposition to customers to uncover net-new opportunities within the active CDW K12 customer base
Collaborate with the CDW K12 sales teams to hold discovery calls with customers, qualify the opportunity, and then recommend the JAR Systems solution that is best suited to fulfill the customers’ needs and requirements
Effectively and consistently utilize HubSpot to manage sales activity and pipeline across multiple quarters
Provide quarterly forecasts to JAR Systems and CDW K12 sales leadership and monthly updates during each quarter
Conduct quarterly business reviews with JAR Systems and CDW K12 sales leadership
Lead a cross-functional and cross organization effort to keep deals moving through the funnel and secure POs
Develop senior level relationships with CDW K12 Sales Directors and Managers

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
2+ years of quota carrying technology sales experience is required
Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sale quotas
Experience selling technology into K12 organizations of all sizes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven success in building and influencing cross-organizational relationships at all levels of business in the IT sales cycle
Experience using HubSpot
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
Experience working with distribution to resolve operational issues and move orders along

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
