We are IMMEDIATELY hiring 1 qualified professional with prior experience working in a medical spa setting as an aesthetician/patient care coordinator. ** THIS POSITION IS FOR SOMEONE IS ABLE TO WORK SOME DAYS IN OUR RANCHO CUCAMONGA LOCATION AND SOME DAYS IN OUR WEST COVINA LOCATION WHO ALSO HAS PRIOR MEDSPA EXPERIENCE**

Patient Care Coordinator

- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MEDSPA IS A MUST

-SPANISH SPEAKER IS STRONGLY PRFERRED

Responsibilities:

-Maintain inventory of medical and injectable supplies
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with rewards system
- Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and post- care instructions
- Handle patient payment processing

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working front desk is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of terminology and procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MEDSPA IS A MUST

-MEDICAL ASSISTANT IS PREFERRED

-SPANISH SPEAKING IS PREFERRED
