Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and office experience to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to serving seniors and their families.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software.
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients or staff as needed.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to create an efficient work environment.

Requirements

Prior office or administrative experience with proficiency in clerical duties and office management.
Strong computer literacy, including skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential for professional communication.
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document proofreading.
