Duties

Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking.
Present insurance options clearly and confidently, explaining policy benefits, coverage options, and terms to clients.
Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy renewals.
Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs accurately, recommending appropriate insurance products across life, health, auto, or property lines.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing communication.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones while promoting brand awareness.

Skills

Sales experience not required but outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.
Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Skilled in marketing techniques including telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand customer base.
